A mountain chalet with a beautiful garden and terrace,
all for you alone...

Our two-storey chalet consists on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen with additional wood stove, cosy living room with corner table, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor there is a large living room, two double bedrooms and a room with a bunk bed. In the garden two cars can be parked easily.

Prices

The prices are per night for the whole chalet, for 6 people with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The prices are per day for 6 persons.

On the day of arrival the mountain chalet is at your disposal from 3pm.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the chalet at 10 am.

Pets are not allowed.

We ask our guests to not smoke in the house, ashtrays are available on the terrace.

The final cleaning is included in the price.

Infant equipment is available free of charge on request.

The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit and sending of the booking confirmation.
You will receive the confirmation by e-mail. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

Payment is made upon arrival (cash payments in Italy are only allowed up to 2,999.99 euros.).

The MeranCard is handed out by selected partner companies in Merano and environs from just one overnight. The card is included in the room price and valid for your complete stay.

What is the MeranCard?
With the MeranCard you can enjoy a number of services for free or at discounted prices.
- Use of all public transportation throughout South Tyrol
- Rides on public cable cars in South Tyrol, which include the cable cars to Renon/Ritten, San Genesio/Jenesien, Maranza/Meransen, Meltina/Mölten, Colle/Kohlern and Verano/Vöran as well as the the narrow-gauge railway on the Ritten Mountain and the cable railway up to the Mendel Mountain. Private cable cars are not included.
- One-time entrance to more than

- 10% discount on bike and ski rentals at “Papin Sport” and „Sportservice Erwin Stricker” rental stations

What does the MeranCard cost?
The MeranCard is not available for purchase. The MeranCard is handed out by selected partner companies in Merano and Environs from just one overnight stay and is included in the room price.

How long is the MeranCard valid?
The MeranCard can be obtained all year round at selected partner companies. The MeranCard is valid for 7 days. Guests who have booked a longer stay, receive a second Card after 7 days. The card must be validated each time you use public transportation or visit a museum. To be able to benefit from the discounts provided by the MeranCard, you must show the card.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code.
We recommend the conclusion of a travel insurance.

Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to art. 1382 ZGB:
- up to 28 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
- up to 14 days before arrival 75% of the total amount
- up to 7 days before arrival, non-arrival or early departure 100% of the total amount
- The deposit will be retained in any case.

We recommend that you sign the "Cancellation Protection" when you book your stay.
