Our two-storey chalet consists on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen with additional wood stove, cosy living room with corner table, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor there is a large living room, two double bedrooms and a room with a bunk bed. In the garden two cars can be parked easily.

Prices

The prices are per night for the whole chalet, for 5 people with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The prices are per day for 5 persons.

On the day of arrival the mountain chalet is at your disposal from 3pm.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the chalet at 10 am.

Pets are not allowed.

We ask our guests to not smoke in the house, ashtrays are available on the terrace.

The final cleaning is included in the price.

Infant equipment is available free of charge on request.

The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit and sending of the booking confirmation.
You will receive the confirmation by e-mail. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

Südtirol GuestPass included

As our guests, you will receive the digital Südtirol GuestPass free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. The pass is included in the accommodation price and will be provided to you digitally upon arrival or before your arrival.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code.
We recommend the conclusion of a travel insurance.

Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to art. 1382 ZGB:
- up to 28 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
- up to 14 days before arrival 75% of the total amount
- up to 7 days before arrival, non-arrival or early departure 100% of the total amount
- The deposit will be retained in any case.

We recommend that you sign the "Cancellation Protection" when you book your stay.
